Women's Tennis: Panthers clinch berth in USA South Tournament with 5-0 win over Agnes Scott

DECATUR, Ga. - LaGrange clinched fourth place in the USA South West Division with a 5-0 win over Agnes Scott on Saturday. The Panthers advance to next week's conference tournament as part of the USA South Spring Festival to be held in LaGrange. LC will face N.C. Wesleyan on Friday, April 26 at 12:30 at the McClusky Tennis Center. It will be the Panthers second appearance in the last three years in the tournament, and fourth overall.

The Panthers got wins from Jenna Eppes and Nicole Phillips at #1 doubles and Ansley Moody and Callaway Cook at #2 doubles. The Scotties forfeited at #3 doubles and #6 singles. Makayla Red won her match at #5 singles 6-0, 6-0 over Gabrielle Santilli.
