JACKSON, Miss. - LaGrange and Millsaps played to a scoreless tie Saturday. The Panthers are now 1-0-1 on the season, while Millsaps is 0-0-2.

Freshman goalkeeper Emma Smith kept the Majors off the scoreboard with 11 saves. She had six in the first half alone. The Panthers had eight shots in the game, four being on goal. Millsaps finished with 14 shots in the game.

The Panthers play at Piedmont on Wednesday to open USA South conference play.
