Tennessee Temple hands Panthers fifth straight loss

Chattanooga, Tenn. – LaGrange College's soccer teams split two games with Tennessee Temple on Saturday. The men won 2-1 in overtime, while the women lost 1-0.

For the Panther men, Cameron Williams scored on a penalty kick in the overtime period for the game winner. The win evened the Panthers' record at 2-2. Matt Sherman scored the other goal for the Panthers.

The Panther women (1-5) suffered their fifth straight loss. Four of the five losses have been by one goal. The Panthers outshot Tennessee Temple 13-5 in the game.

The men play at Atlanta Christian on Tuesday, while the women play at Huntingdon.
