Women's Lacrosse: Huntingdon pulls away to down Panthers 14-10

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Huntingdon pulled away for a 14-10 USA South win over LaGrange on Tuesday. The loss left the Panthers 0-7 on the season and in conference play.

Senior Davida White led LC with six goals and an assist. White has 13 goals in her last two games.

The Hawks (3-11, 2-6 USA South) led 4-3 at halftime. Brie Shepler scored the first of her three goals to get the Panthers within one at halftime. In the second half, Huntingdon broke a 7-7 tie with three straight goals for a 10-7 lead. White answered for LC, scoring three straight goals to tie the game at 10-10 with 11:26 remaining. The Hawks scored the game's final four goals to seal the win.

The Panthers host Piedmont in a USA South game Wednesday at 6 p.m.
