Shaver begins her first year as a graduate assistant with the cross country and tennis programs. She is a 2011 LaGrange College graduate with a degree in Political Science and is in the Masters of Art in Teaching program at LaGrange. Shaver was a four-year letterman in tennis, earning Great South Athletic Conference All-Academic honors for three years. She also ran cross country her senior year.
