Kaitlyn Kimball is in her first year coaching with the Panthers' lacrosse program. Kimball is a native of Winter Springs, Florida, graduating from NCAA Division II Coker (S.C.) College with a bachelor of arts in exercise science and psychology. During her academic career, Kimball earned Dean's List honors, Dean's Commendation, D2ADA Academic Achievement Award honors, SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll honors, and IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll Honors.

 On the field, Kimball was a four-year starting defender and captain for Coker. She was a three time South Atlantic Conference All-Conference selection, third on the Coker all-time list with 136 ground balls, the all-time leader with 134 caused turnovers, the single-season caused turnovers record holder with 60, and the single-game record holder for caused turnovers with 7. Kimball was selected to compete in the 2017 Division II Senior All-Star game, featuring the top Division II seniors in the country.

 Kimball was also a club coach for No Fear Lacrosse in Lake Mary, Florida. for the 2016 and 2017 summer seasons.
