Lacrosse: Bird and Totaro earn IWLCA academic honors

Juniors Kristin Bird and Chelsea Totaro were two of 382 student-athletes from 67 different institutions honored with inclusion in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) 2013 Academic Honor Roll. All of the student-athletes were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically.

Bird is a biology major and Totaro a sociology major. Both players were also on the USA South All-Academic team. Bird started all 16 games for the Panthers during the 2013 season. Totaro is a three-year letterman in both lacrosse and soccer for the Panthers.
