National Division III week being observed
LaGrange College, along with the rest of NCAA Division III, is in the middle of observing the first ever national Division III week.
The purpose of the
week-long celebration, announced in January at the NCAA Convention
by Division III Presidents Council chair James Bultman of
Hope College, is to focus attention on the activities and
achievements of the student athletes who compete at the Division
III level.
To honor the first celebration of the Division III week, the Panthers will be spreading awareness throughout the campus community. LaGrange College and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) are excited and will look for new and innovative ways to celebrate the event each year.
